The sophielewandowski.com website (the Site) is the exclusive property of Sophie Lewandowski.
Consultation of the Site is subject to full acceptance and compliance by users of the following conditions of use.
Users undertake to make personal and non-commercial use of the information contained on the Site. Should the user fail to comply with the provisions of this legal notice, he or she may be held civilly and/or criminally liable.

2. Site content

The site is operated by Sophie Lewandowski.
It contains tools designed to communicate about her activities and to collect registrations for the various training courses.

In general, the data, programmes, musical samples, texts, information, logos, visual identities, images (animated or not) and their formatting, videos, appearing on the Site are the property of Sophie Lewandowski and are protected as such by the provisions of the Intellectual Property Code.

Sophie Lewandowski undertakes to keep the personal data provided by users for the periods stipulated by the applicable legal and regulatory provisions. In particular, data is kept for a maximum of 3 years from the last contact with the Internet user in order to inform them of Sophie Lewandowski’s activities (e.g.: sending of the newsletter).

At the end of this period or in the event that users exercise their rights, Sophie Lewandowski undertakes to destroy any copies of users’ personal data that it holds.
