Breaking out of the duality between men/women & humans/nature
Towards a better balance between men and women, humans and nature, for me, in my institution, in a territory… At the service of complementarity and dynamic interdependence.
Aims:
- Clarify the focus and raison d’être of our actions
- Respect oneself while committing to the group
- Find a source of nourishment and spare oneself in the short and long term
- Decode/decipher situations
- Find inspiration, experience mutual support
- Cooperate in and with all socio-cultural environments
- Develop dynamic interdependencies with the natural environment
- Understand the mechanisms of power and use them for the common good
- Develop equity and complementarity within organisations and territories
- Listen, express oneself, prevent and solve conflicts within groups
- Collectively create new narratives to serve all
- Choose the right tools and postures for different contexts and territories
Teaching approach:
Teaching through experience and awareness: hands-on exercises to experiment with new concepts followed by individual and/or group debriefing, and the addition of complementary input. The experimental phase is based on examples shared by the participants, using individual, pair or group exercises: practical physical and/or verbal exercises, role-playing, image theatre, forum theatre-NVC…
My project… our project from A to Z
Throughout the different courses of the program, participants are invited to keep a logbook and at each module they revisit the progress of their project through exercises.
The project may be a new one or simply a change of posture that they wish to live in an existing activity.
Individual support
Three interviews are offered to students who commit to the entire programme: at the start, in the middle and at the end.
